Special dinner for 37th anniversary

So today is my wife and my 37th anniversary. To celebrate, I made a special dinner: French Onion soup, a wild mushroom with Truffles and scallops risotto and sauteed asparagus. All with a nice Sattui red wine. For the risotto, I used fresh chicken broth which I made in the morning with wild mushroom broth from the wild mushrooms.  It came out fantastic.
