Maryland Sales Tax which is 6%.
Wedding rehearsals and receptions, please add 15%.
Travel to your location is included within 30 miles. An additional travel fee will be charged
beyond 30 miles. Travel beyond 75 miles for Personal Chef services and 45 miles for
whole roasted pigs – one way - will be considered on a case by case basis.

As your personal chef, we will prepare and cook the pig to order for you. Approximately
1/2 hour before you are ready to serve, we will set up the pig on your table. Generally,
the pig will be ready for 'pickin'. We will carve the pig onto supplied chafing dish(es) and
then cleanup.
On average, it can take 6-14 hours to roast the average weight pig. Due to this, there may
be an extra charge for serving a pig before 2 PM. Details will be provided in the quote.

party. All menu items are served on site by our professional staff. A 2 hour service time is
included. All meats are hardwood or charcoal smoked or grilled. Tables and chafing dishes
are provided for our menu items only. Included in the menu pricing are: rolls, plates, plastic
flatware, napkins, sauces (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and BBQ), salt and pepper. Call
for larger parties or different configurations.
